CONCENTRATES ITS EFFORTS ON THE CREATION OF NEW HOUSING AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING HOUSING THAT WILL BEST SERVE THE NEEDS OF THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS OF THEIR SERVICE AREA. THEY HAVE DEVELOPED AND MANAGES TWO 24-UNIT LOW/MODERATE-INCOME SENIOR HOUSING PROJECTS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO VARIOUS TOWNSHIPS, VILLAGES, AND HAMLETS WITH WATER AND SEWER PROJECTS, STORM WATER CONTROL PROJECTS. THEY ARE A HUD APPROVED COUNSELING AGENCY AND AS SUCH OFFERS FINANCIAL COUNSELING ON TOPICS SUCH AS MORTGAGES, CREDIT, DEBT CONSOLIDATION, BANKRUPTCY, BUDGETING AND MORE. THEY ALSO OFFER CLASSES IN HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELING.
