The purposes of the organization shall be to preserve and enhance the ability of MaineHealth (EIN # 01-0238552)to provide for children and adolescents, on a charitable basis, to provide equipment, including medical equipment, for the use of such patients, to provide services, entertainment, education and comforts for such patients to support the advancement of knowledge and practice of education and research in the care and treatment of such patients and to sponsor, develop and promote services and programs which benefit or assist in the care of such patients; and to receive in trust or otherwise acquire and from whatever source, and to own or administer,gifts, devises, grants, personal and/or real property, either unrestricted or for specific purposes, and to use or dispose of such property in such manner as shall promote or support the foregoing purposes: and to do all things incidental to the foregoing.
