NATIONAL PHILANTHROPIC TRUST IS A PUBLIC CHARITY DEDICATED TO INCREASING PHILANTHROPY (SEE SCHED. O) IN SOCIETY. NPT IS AN INDEPENDENT, NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED, PUBLIC CHARITY. ITS MISSION IS TO INCREASE PHILANTHROPY IN SOCIETY. TO ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION, NPT OFFERS A VARIETY OF GIVING VEHICLES, INCLUDING DONOR-ADVISED FUNDS, DESIGNATED FUNDS, FISCAL SPONSORSHIP, SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS AND SPECIALIZED FIELD OF INTEREST FUNDS. IT ALSO OFFERS PHILANTHROPIC GUIDANCE AND SERVICES THAT HELP BOTH INDIVIDUAL DONORS AND FINANCIAL ADVISORS MAXIMIZE THEIR CHARITABLE IMPACT. BY REMOVING ADMINISTRATIVE BURDENS AND INCREASING OVERALL AWARENESS OF CHARITABLE GIVING NEEDS AND STRATEGIES, NPT HELPS ENABLE INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS TO BETTER PURSUE THEIR PHILANTHROPIC INTERESTS. NPT ALSO PROVIDES INFORMATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC REGARDING PHILANTHROPIC ISSUES AND TRENDS.
